Having a positive attitude and offering a helping hand are two things for which you can count on Lauren. Her dedication to client experience and building relationships began at an early age after entering the workforce at age 15.
Soon after, as a part of retail management, Lauren expanded her skill set and focused on planning and forecasting, along with attention to detail and client experience. In addition, her enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow kept employees engaged and productive.
With those skills and traits, Lauren quite literally “stepped off the street” into the financial world. Beginning as a teller, she took it upon herself to build her knowledge base with offered courses and certifications and was always open to feedback from management, colleagues and clients. This level of commitment was instrumental in her quick rise to a management position and, soon thereafter, into wealth management.
The genuine and personalized approach to client needs is what attracted Lauren to Foster & Motley. Joining the team as a Client Service Specialist in 2018, Lauren made an immediate impact on the firm. While leveraging her experience and customer service focus to ensure each client feels part of the Foster & Motley family, she also worked behind the scene to improve processes and procedures. This commitment to improvement led to her 2023 promotion to Client Service Manager. In this role, Lauren coordinates new-hire training, works to establish and maintain consistency among the service team, and oversees our client service associates. Lauren continues to serve clients and prioritizes inquiries to provide prompt responses and meet client needs.
Lauren is a native of Cincinnati and loves all that our city has to offer. Outside of the office, she is entertained by local art and all types of music. She enjoys camping, taking weekend trips with family or friends, and playing with her rescue cat, Nova.
