Aaron joined the team in 2026 as Director of AI & Innovation, bringing nearly a decade of experience in data science, engineering, and applied AI. His focus is innovation and improving internal systems for the firm, putting new tools to use in ways that streamline administrative work and free up time to focus on clients.
Aaron spent seven years at 84.51°, Kroger's data science company, advancing from Data Scientist to Data Science Manager and leading a team of four across cloud data migrations, process optimization, and ecommerce strategy for Kroger leadership. He also co-founded a consulting firm helping Cincinnati businesses get more out of their data and AI tools. At Foster & Motley, that experience translates into building tools, configuring systems, and connecting the technology our advisors rely on every day.
Aaron grew up in Loveland and now lives in Montgomery, where he and his wife, Katie, bought a house in 2026 and promptly started renovating it. They chose the neighborhood for its walkability, whether that means the Saturday morning farmers market or a walk over to Montgomery Quarter for dinner. Aaron rock climbs, plays chess, and hosts board game nights. He has also visited 21 countries, ten of them during a semester of college spent aboard a ship studying world religions, philosophy, and oceanography between ports. What struck him on that trip was how little a country's material wealth said about how content its people seemed, and he came home convinced that strong relationships matter more than anything else for a fulfilling life.
