“To me, wealth is a holistic concept that is unique to each individual; it encompasses not only financial well-being, but also health, meaningful relationships, personal fulfillment, and the freedom to live in alignment with your values, ultimately leading to lasting happiness.”

Irene has always been drawn to the balance between creativity and precision. Growing up, she spent countless hours playing piano, composing music, figure skating, and eventually performing as a professional contemporary dancer. Those experiences taught her that while technical skill is essential, the best outcomes often require creativity, adaptability, discipline, and a thoughtful understanding of the bigger picture.

That same philosophy guides Irene's approach to investing. While investment management is often viewed as highly technical, she believes there is also an element of artistry involved. There are many ways to help clients achieve their goals, and Irene enjoys bringing together research, experience, and careful listening to create solutions tailored to each unique situation. Known for her curiosity and attention to detail, she is a lifelong learner who isn't afraid to dive deep into complex topics until she fully understands them. Her competitive nature continually pushes her to learn, evolve, and seek the best possible solution or strategy for every challenge she encounters.

Before joining Foster & Motley, Irene held roles in Institutional Investing, Family Office Services, Intermediaries/Asset Management, and Financial Planning Consulting, giving her a broad perspective on how investment strategies are designed, evaluated, and implemented. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations build investment solutions, launch new business initiatives, and navigate complex portfolio decisions. She was drawn to Foster & Motley for its commitment to thoughtful advice, meaningful relationships, and putting clients first.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys spending time with family and friends, composing music, and playing piano. She also stays active through running, hiking, and yoga and has a passion for adventure and international travel. Whether she's analyzing investments or creating music, Irene enjoys the process of bringing together many small details to create something purposeful and lasting.
