Karen’s warmth, dedication, and passion for helping others have been the foundation of her career. She enjoys building relationships with clients and guiding them toward financial independence and security, enabling them to live their best lives. Seeing that same dedication in the team at Foster & Motley is what led her to believe she’d fit in well.

A lifelong Cincinnati resident, Karen graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's in Administrative Management. She has spent her entire career in the investment industry, starting at a Cincinnati-based bond firm and later working at Gradison & Company and then at a small East-Side firm, gaining experience in operations and client service. She enjoys helping clients and continues to embrace opportunities for learning and growth.

Karen’s life is deeply rooted in family and community. She is one of six children and remains close with her McAuley High School classmates. She and her husband, Paul, love spending time with their two sons, Max and Aidan, and their dog, Bailey. Whether it’s hosting family parties, volunteering, or simply dropping off cookies for a friend in need, Karen’s joy comes from connection and giving back.

In her free time, Karen enjoys planning and taking vacations, especially to national parks. She has visited 17 parks so far, with Acadia, Bryce, and Zion topping her list of favorites; she hopes to visit them all. Karen also enjoys playing pickleball, hiking with Paul and their boys, practicing yoga, swimming, and gathering with friends.
