“Wealth is opportunity. It is having the opportunity to achieve your goals and to help your loved ones achieve theirs; to improve your community or contribute to a charity you’re passionate about; and most importantly, to live a happy and healthy life, while feeling comfortable financially to do these things.”

Positivity, passion, and professionalism are common characteristics used to describe Niki, and these characteristics have allowed her to adapt quickly into her role at Foster & Motley. Niki enjoys being surrounded by individuals who share the same values and motivation as herself, which is what makes Foster & Motley the perfect fit for her.

Niki graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. She was excited to join the work force and put her skills to use. She started working at Fund Evaluation Group as a client service associate shortly after graduation. During her time at FEG, Niki worked directly with clients, assisting the with the day-day operations of their accounts. What she enjoyed most about her position was being able to help clients. Niki found herself intrigued by the investment management aspect of the business and wanted to transition to a role that focused more on investments. After learning more about the responsibilities and opportunities on the investment management team and Foster & Motley’s company culture, Niki knew she wanted to join the team.

Niki is passionate about philanthropy and sought an organization where she could truly make an impact. She joined the Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Crew in January of 2018 and quickly moved to a board role as the Networking & Fundraising Committee co-chair. Currently, Niki is the President of the Red Shoe Crew, leading the young professional board in their philanthropic efforts. When she's not working or volunteering, she is likely golfing, reading, spending time with friends, or hanging out with her husband, Chad, and their dog, Coney.
