Sara brings a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm to both her personal and professional life, always seeking new experiences and connections. She is passionate about helping people succeed, building meaningful relationships, and creating workplace cultures where individuals and teams can thrive, which made her a strong fit for the Director of Human Resources role on the Foster & Motley team.
Sara grew up in Kettering, Ohio, and attended Wright State University, where she earned a degree in Organizational Leadership. Her entry point to Human Resources was through recruiting, allowing her to gain valuable experience in identifying and developing top talent. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Sara developed a passion for connecting people with opportunities and helping organizations build effective, high-performing teams, leading her to join JPMorgan, where she continued to build a successful career in HR. Most recently, she served as an HR Business Advisor within the Global Investment Bank, where she partnered closely with leadership to support business goals, drive performance, and foster a strong and inclusive culture. Joining Foster & Motley in 2026, Sara is excited to make an impact across the firm by building trusted relationships and supporting the thoughtful, people-first approach.
Outside of her professional life, Sara embraces an active lifestyle. She has a love for travel and is drawn to destinations near the water. She enjoys practicing yoga, playing pickleball, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends. Sara resides in Deer Park with her husband, Patrick, and stepson, Lincoln. As someone relatively new to the Cincinnati area, Sara has enjoyed exploring the city, discovering new neighborhoods, and experiencing the local culture and community.
