Zach Horn, an investment manager at Foster & Motley, an investment advisory firm based in the Kenwood area of Sycamore Township, said the resources Kroger has put into online ordering show it expects that means of buying groceries to grow fast.
“While consumers are slow to convert to online shopping so far, added services, delivery and other innovations that improve the customer experience are likely to increase adoption going forward,” Horn told me.
