Good Things Are Happening!
In honor of F&M’s 20th anniversary, our friends at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation made a Learning Links grant in the firm’s name.  The grant was made to support the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital program, “Just What the Doctor Ordered,” which provides sterile reading materials for children who are receiving chemotherapy.  Thank you GCF for this honor!
Dave Foster was paired with a “Little Brother” through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Greater Cincinnati.  A chance meeting re-connected them.  The story was featured in Cincinnati’s edition of USA today. See the article here.

 F&M Learns
Luke Hail, Brad Soper, and Zach Horn attended Schwab’s IMPACT conference in Chicago, the industry’s largest gathering of experts and advisors.  David Cameron, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Liz Ann Sonders, Chief Investment Strategist at Schwab, and Greg Valliere, Chief Political Strategist at Horizon Investments, were among the speakers.

Dave Nienaber recently earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. This designation is specifically designed for business advisors who work closely with owners of privately held companies. To receive the CEPA designation, Dave completed a rigorous program involving 100 hours of pre-course study, 30 hours of class room instruction, and successful completion of a 3-hour proctored examination. Dave is more eager than ever to serve our business-owning clients!

Rachel Rasmussen was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation which covers a broad range of portfolio management and advanced investment analysis skills.  The program requires 4 years of relevant experience, 3 six-hour exams, and over 900 hours of study.

Niki Williams recently passed the Series 65 investment advisor exam qualifying her as an investment advisor representative.

Congratulations Niki and Rachel!
