Lindsay graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources. She also studied abroad in Australia, where she discovered a love for scuba diving and has since earned her certification. After graduation, Lindsay began her career in HR, quickly taking on roles of increasing responsibility. She has over 10 years of experience, including managing learning and development teams, guiding organizational design initiatives, and supporting workforce strategy for multiple business units. What she enjoys most about her work is helping managers and employees grow, building trust, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and make lasting change throughout the organization.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with her husband, son, and their large extended family. She and her husband share a love of fall, cheering on the Buckeyes and the Bengals.
