Kim Bresler has never been afraid to take on new things, even if major change is required. Whether it is re-entering the workforce after spending many years raising a family, or taking on the newly created role of associate financial planner at Foster & Motley, Kim is known for her persistent dedication and consistent capacity to step into new spaces.
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Analysis, Kim started her career working in engineering contracting. She then transitioned into staying home full-time to take care of her growing family.
When she returned to the workforce in 2002, she was determined to make an impact and to continue to learn and grow. After working as an administrative assistant for the North American distributor of Avio multi-media projectors and video microscopes, she joined Foster & Motley in 2008, serving as an administrative assistant to Dave Foster.
But she wasn’t done taking new steps, and earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation through the College for Financial Planning and moved into the role of Associate Financial Planner. Her initiative continues to pay off as she now supports many of the financial planners at the firm and leads important aspects of client financial plans.
The investment that she made in her family has also paid meaningful dividends, and her long-standing marriage, along with the lives of her three grown children and the growing cadre of grandchildren, is a source of constant joy. She is also a fan of many local sports teams and loves playing tourist in her beloved Cincinnati.
