When she initially joined Foster & Motley in 2004, after relocating to Cincinnati from Texas with her family, Royleene Bratton brought extensive experience in office management and administrative support. She had spent 10 years in banking, most recently as the administrative assistant to the director of global portfolio management with the JP Morgan Private Bank. During her tenure at Foster & Motley, she brought process improvement and efficiency to the forefront of the Investment Management team. After 17 years of hard work and committed service to her colleagues and clients, Royleene retired. However, in early 2023, Royleene decided she wasn’t quite finished with the firm. She is back on the team as a part-time Client Service Associate, providing insight and support to the Client Service Team.

Royleene resides in Batavia and has three grown sons and four grandchildren she loves spending time with. She is also an avid reader and traveler, and a fan of the Cincinnati Reds.
